Please note that appointments are required at all times, as walk-in services are not available due to the home salon setting. If you need to pick up products or purchase a gift certificate, kindly SMS or email in advance to arrange a suitable time. |
Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
Hello Honey Beauty Co. values a mutual respect and understanding between our clients, business owner and the salons business hours. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for confirmations or cancellations.
While we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, this policy is in place to protect the time reserved for you, as well as to account for the operational costs of the salon.
Booking deposits are now required to help safeguard the salon's busy appointment schedule
You will receive two notifications regarding your upcoming appointment. An email will be sent 72 hours in advance, allowing you to reschedule your appointment online. Additionally, a confirmation SMS will be sent to your nominated mobile phone 48 hours before your appointment. We kindly ask that you respond to this confirmation text to confirm your health and intention to attend. Rescheduling within 48 hours will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made on the day of the appointment or failure to attend a confirmed booking will result in the full appointment value being invoiced.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are a great way to show that loved one how special they are to you. All Gift Vouchers have a 2 year expiry date and available for all services and products and transferable to other treatments if desired. Gift Certificates are available online or purchased in salon. They are beautifully presented in an envelope and wrapped in ribbon. Optional postage available for busy shoppers.
