Hello Honey Beauty co offers both day and evening appointments. Being a one-person owner and operator, we do get heavily booked in advance especially for an 'after work hours' appointment. To avoid disappointment, we do recommend booking your appointments in advance to get the best possible time for you. 

Appointments are required at all times; a walk-in service is not available due to being a home salon experience. Should you need to pick up products or purchase a gift certificate please SMS or call prior to arrange a time.

Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment will be confirmed via SMS sent to your nominated mobile phone 24 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you simply respond to this confirmation text to confirm you are planning to attend.

Due to running costs of the salon and out of consideration for other clients we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a full fee. If you do
not advise us that you cannot make your appointment and do not show, the full appointment value will be invoiced to you. The invoice is sent via. email, and you have 30 days to pay.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are a great way to show that loved one how special they are to you. All Gift Vouchers have a 6 months expiry date and available for all services and products and transferable to other treatments if desired. Gift Certificates are beautifully presented in an envelope and wrapped in ribbon. Optional postage available for busy shoppers.
